For those who don't know, Loki has... multiple children (the number ranging in the... um... millions if you count that story where he gave birth to every female demon ever) the most famous being the three hideous children of Jormungand (the snakey do-hickey who does ballet) Fenrir, (the wolf whose mouth is so large he'll eventually swallow the world) and Hel, who is a caretaker of the dead (HER NAME IS LIKE HELL, GET IT?) and then you have the fabulous eight legged spider horse Sleipnir who he gave brith to after a one night stand with a stallion [i]I shit you not[/i]

I imagine Loki is forced to ring them at least once a year to say hello to them. The conversations, I imagine, would not last very long.
